Now the advocates and litigants can get the uncertified copies of evidence or misc. order directly from court by giving an application and appropriate court fee

ORDER

In compliance of letter No. 220/Rules/DHC/2023, dated 18.04.2023,

received from the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi/New Delhi and in continuation to this office Order No.46409-46769/Misc./Gaz/2010, dated 03.08.2010, all the Judicial Officers are required to provide to the litigants uncertified copies of evidence and miscellaneous orders on making an application for supply of uncertified copy either by the litigant or by the counsel for the litigant on payment of the prescribed court fee payable in respect of certified copies, in the form of Court Fee Stamps.

The accused persons in Judicial Custody and the Public

Prosecutor/Addl./ Asst Public Prosecutor may be provided uncertified copies of evidence and miscellaneous orders free of cost, such sought uncertified copies be provided under the seal and signature of the Reader of the Concerned Court.
