1. Present writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner in person seeking a direction to the Respondents to make the display boards functional in the District Courts of Delhi.
2. Petitioner, who appears in person, states that non-functional display boards are causing inconvenience to lawyers, litigants and other Court officials in the District Court of Delhi.
3. Issue notice. Mr. Divyam Nandrajog, learned counsel for Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD) and Mr. Ripu Daman Bhardwaj, learned counsel for Union of India (UOI) accept notice.
4. All the District Judges are directed to file status reports on the administrative side through the Registrar General of this Court indicating the status of display boards in their district Courts within four weeks. The Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to the Registrar General for his information.
